imageAs of today 78,771 people will have their vision restored though the One for One™ movement! We are so grateful for the incredible support and are only 21,229 away from our goal of helping restore sight to 100,000 people.

Since we launched TOMS Eyewear June of last year, our Sight Giving Partners all around the world have been hard delivering sight services - including glasses, medical care and restorative surgeries - supported by TOMS. They’ve been reaching out to rural and remote communities, conducting school screenings and serving their local communities in 11 countries, including the US, with needed eye care.

When TOMS Sight Giving Partner Al-Noor Foundation set up an eye camp in his village in Egypt, Muhamed, 12, received his first pair of glasses, made possible by someone’s pair of TOMS Eyewear.

Before he received glasses suited to his needs, Muhamed was struggling in school and had a lot of trouble seeing at night. He often needed someone to walk with him so he was safe and wouldn’t hurt himself.

Muhamed got to pick out his own pair of glasses and when the Al-Noor team followed up with his community a few weeks later, they found that he was already doing better in school and no longer needed the help of his family at night.

There are 78,771 stories like Muhamed’s that have been made possible by your purchase and support, so in case we haven’t said it enough: Thank you for joining us in this Summer of Sight!
