My Tomorrows Project was to get Julian, a spirited seven-year-old boy, external ears. Julian is the son of my close friends Lisa and Dan and was born with a condition called Bilateral Microtia and Artresia. This is a congenital birth defect that affects about 1 in 25,000 births.
